Toyzcart Returns & Refunds Policy

 At Toyzcart, your satisfaction matters. We strive to make returns and refunds as smooth and transparent as possible, helping you shop with peace of mind.

1. When Can You Return or Get a Refund?

●      Return Window: You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the toy is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

●      Damaged or Wrong Items: If your product arrived defective or incorrect, notify us within 3 days with a photo or video proof, and we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund.

●      Non-Returnable Items: Personalized toys, clearance items, and kits marked as non-returnable (e.g., slime or sensory sets) cannot be returned unless damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

○      Description of the issue (if applicable, include photo/video)

1. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and guide you on how to return the product.
   
   
2. Send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the approval.
   
   

3. How Refunds Work

●      Once we receive and inspect the returned toy, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

●      Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

●      You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet.

●      Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t allowed, but you can return it upon delivery following our standard policy.

5. Exchanges

●      Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement, subject to stock availability.

●      Reach us at cs@toyzcart.com , and we’ll help you process an exchange after verifying the returned item.

6. Quality Assurance & Inspection

●      Returned items must be unused, with tags, accessories, and MRP label intact.

●      Returns failing our inspection due to damage or misuse may result in a partial refund or be rejected.
